Dominic McGarr

Dominic’s career experience has been working in the recruitment industry within the building, construction, engineering and sales sectors. His professional experience has spanned across New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe. His ability to build relationships with a variety of people has been fundamental to his success.

Dom is a keen footballer and attended the University at Albany – State University of New York, USA on a football scholarship. He played 4 years of Division 1 Soccer and captained the team for 3 of these years. He graduated with honours in Business Management and Sociology.

He also enjoys other sports, health and wellbeing along with travel in NZ and abroad. He returned home to NZ in mid 2020 after living in Spain and England.

Sean McGarr

Sean has 35 years of experience in the building, construction and engineering sectors, including the allied trades, predominantly in sales, marketing and business management roles and working with a range of trades and professionals in both the corporate and private sectors throughout the country. With this experience Sean understands the roles within these industries and what it takes for people to be successful in them.

A natural people person who relates and builds relationships across all levels of the business from the person sweeping the floor through to the CEO, Sean is always keen to meet for a coffee and a chat.

Most weekends Sean can be found on the sidelines these days watching football, going to spin classes or going for a walk to justify having a coffee at a cafe.
